Insurance and Payment Options
- We take all forms of PPO insurances. Please bring a recent photo ID with your name and date of birth, and your Dental Insurance card.
- We are contracted with many PPO insurances (in-network).
- We provide Care Credit as a financing solution for dental care
- We take most credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
We are in network with the following Insurance Companies. Delta Dental, United Health Care, Metlife PDP plus, Humana, Sunlife, Cigna DPPO, Aetna and many more. Don’t see your Dental Insurance Provider, give us a call so we can provide you with information about your benefits. Please have your card or information ready.

Core Dentistry Discount Membership Plan
No dental insurance? We have a plan for you! At Core Dentistry, we offer a Discount Membership Plan to provide you with the quality care you deserve at a price you can afford.
We know regular trips to the dentist are vital to maintaining the health of your teeth and gums, and we understand the thought of paying full price for dental care can feel overwhelming. With our Discount Membership Plan, you don’t have to give dental visits a second thought!
What’s included in your dental membership?
For a reasonable annual fee, you’ll receive:
- One Comprehensive Exam
- One Periodical Exam
- Two Regular Cleanings with Fluoride Varnish or 50% Off of Deep Cleanings (SRP) and
- Perio Maintenance for Patients with Gum Diseases
- All Necessary Dental X-rays
- 20% off All In-office Treatments
Membership Plan Pricing
Our membership pricing allows your whole family to receive the care for the smile they deserve!
- Adults (18+): $300/person for the year
- Children (0-12): $50/child for the year
- Children (12-17):$100/child for the year
We even offer $10 off your total annual fee if paying in full, or you can opt for monthly installments throughout your membership.
